Large Original Photograph of the yacht 'Yoshi' in 1934.  The yacht was built in Gosport in 1909 and later purchased by The Island Cruising Club of Salcombe.

This photograph was taken in 1934, by the famous yachting photographer 'Beken of Cowes'. Interestingly, this is a very rare photograph, as the vast majority of Beken's photographs, are listed in the archive, but this one is not listed, meaning the original plate has been lost or destroyed.

I purchased this from a local property today.  The original owner, used to sail the yacht to France from Salcombe most weekends in season.  I have purchased this direct from the family.
