Description

A very rare and large antique sterling silver & meerschaum pipe bowl with engraved vented silver domed closable lid. This handsome and tactile item is missing its original long Amber pipe stem, however it is a fantastic piece of smoking memorabilia which could well have belonged to a sea Captain etc.

Makers mark: WN, London, 1845.

Condition: Good original condition, wear consistent with age and use. Slight ding to pipe top & cover and no repair.
