A large Edwardian silver combination Vesta Case and Cheroot holder Case beautifully chased and detailed of rounded rectangular form including attached suspension ring, two hinged compartments, one to hold matches and the other leather lined compartment housing the original JC hallmarked 9ct gold Amber Cheroot holder. This unusual Vesta has sprung push-button opening mechanism and of a patented design.Makers mark JG (Joseph Gloster), Birmingham hallmark, 1904.
Condition Good original condition, wear consistent with age and use. No damage or repair.
