What a find. This Deco dining suite with the fabulous burr walnut graining is just so unusual and so rare. The table is 3ft 6ins wide by 6ft long so can take 8 without a problem The table has a marble platform that sits under the very unusual twin pillar base, base is photographed, the 4inch marble plinth is not shown as the pictures are taken in our store room. You can see the superb graining in both the chairs and the table in the photgraphs. Also included are a set of 6 matching chairs. Imagine these reupholstered in typical deco white or cream hide or alcantara, possibly with a contrast piping. These items have had some woodworm but we have not only treated the timbers but have possibly drowned them in the fluid. The price includes any repairs and full reupholstery after being fully re French polished. The fabric is not included as this can differ wildly in cost.
Also we have available from the same place a smashing pair of Deco tub chairs that could act as carvers. These will not be sold until the suite is sold so that they can be offered to the purchaser of the suite first. We also have a large matching Deco overmantle that will again be offered to the purchaser of the suite first. We will not restore this until sold so that the purchaser can have the option as to finish and fabric choice and also can select which items to buy..............Sorry now sold................
