Description

We have here a most unusual high chair or bar chair with a very fashionable worn leather seat. This chair from around 1900 we guess but would not be surprised if it were quite a bit earlier. It is in satin birch but with the well seasoned timber and patina has quite a walnut colour. Good graining as one can see from the photograph. It is a little better looking now as it has had a clean and a rewaxing. Although we have had these chairs before I dont recall having had one quite as nice as this as they usually are pretty simple if indeed you can find one anyway..........sorry now sold................
