Description
A unusual and rare oak extending pedestal table.This has a diameter of 54 when closed and 4 additional leaves of about 11ins each. Picture shows with 1 leaf. This table will seat 6 people without a leaf or with only 1 and will seat 8 to 10 with leaves in. (Probably 12 for a Christmas dinner.)
This table looks early 19thC but we feel it is really early 20th possibly late 19th.
We have a very rare set of 8 oak chairs that would go with this table. They are 19thC and have that most unusual benefit, Victorian carvers.
