Description

This six to eight seater Mahogany dining table is in really lovely condition. The leaves will drop if ones requires to achieve space on occasions but it is comfortable being open to show off the excellent graining in the timbers. A rich solid mahogany so typical of the quality available in Georgian times.
As can be seen in the pictures this table will seat eight without problems and has lots of space for six of course. We have sets of chairs available to go with it in both six and eight seater numbers. It is shown here with a set of eight balloon backs, which are a little later than the table, but sit well with it. (We have just reduced the price of these chairs to highly keen £875.)
The height of this table is particularly good at 75cms, many of these examples being a little low. This table has a well turned leg and sits on cup castors which are replaced and in good condition and work perfectly, no sticking wheels on this example.
The finish of the polish is superb having been in our workshops to restore the French polish. This must be one of the best available and at a keen price too, especially in this beautiful condition. Give us a call if you would like to discuss. 01565 874075
