Very neat and tidy, this Victorian pine bedding box or chest has just been cleaned sealed and rewaxed. It is in well above average condition and has the benefit of a nice clean interior with the candle / trinket compartment and a secret drawer underneath. The hinges are original too with the detail on the ends etc. The blanket or bedding box sits on well shaped bracket feet. All in all a rather nice chest with a few features you would not normally find on one, and in good condition too. One of only two pieces of pine in the whole showroom.
We have been in business for 40 years and are now coming up to retirement. We are in consequence looking to reduce our stock, Delivery can be arranged with a specialist carrier for around £70 to most areas.
