What a superb example of Arts and Crafts furniture. This inlaid walnut wardrobe has been cleaned and refinished, handles have been removed, cleaned and re fitted. It is now in good condition and ready to go into service in a new home. A great quality item for less than the price of a modern plastic fitted cabinet. The wardrobe has hanging space on the sides and down the middle, behind the most useful full length bevelled edge mirror, there are drawers and press shelves. Coming to pieces of course for moving it can go into many a location. A real piece of history really showing the skills around in the 1800s. The doors have excellent floral inlays in addition to the highly impressive wide stringing which adorns the drawers and doors elsewhere. A fantastic amount of character for a very sensible price and a huge amount for your money.
We have been in business for 40 years and are now coming up to retirement. We are in consequence looking to reduce our stock, Delivery can be arranged with a specialist carrier for around £70 to most areas.
