We have a few chairs to clear at the moment. 1st of all a lovely pair of mahogany chairs, lots of detail in the backs. Would make a great project or they could be fully restored for you. We can undertake the work if required. One is in good condition but is missing a bit of mould on a leg. The other is in need of a repair on the back. They will need some joints clamping, French polishing and reupholstery, they would then make either one or two very impressive items.......................... The others three in all, one of which is really only for spares. The better two are very restorable and will make a good pair of Victorian chairs, all be it with a reasonable amount of work. There are sets of these about so could be fantastic value if someone out there wants another two for a set. Again can be you own project or we can restore if required. The pair are £55 the three are £50.. To restore either pair of chairs would cost around £350 plus vat, this includes any repairs, French polishing and upholstery. You would need about 1.5m of fabric of choice too. Carriage can be arranged, but they are priced for collection by the purchaser from Knutsford, Cheshire.
We have been in business for 40 years and are now coming up to retirement. We are in consequence looking to reduce our stock, Delivery can be arranged with a specialist carrier for around £70 to most areas.
