Description

Waiting to go into our workshops for French polishing is this early 1800s mahogany extending table. Currently a bit tired as we understand it has spent the last 10 years or so in a store. It is however a rare example with this fine elegant leg and its early date. When shut it is almost square and then extends with one extra leaf to seat 8 people. It is a very good quality table with good timbers so will be impressive when we have finished French polishing. There are a few sets of chairs available to go with this table both eights and sixes. As mentioned a rare fine legged example, it is the only extending one we have from this age in our store rooms and there are over 50 tables available. ........please note out opening times if visiting.
We have been in business for 40 years and are now coming up to retirement. We are in consequence looking to reduce our stock, Delivery can be arranged with a specialist carrier for around £70 to most areas. We now open by appointment, but we are often open Fridays and Saturdays, but cannot guarantee,( our sign will be out if passing ) it is worth ringing before coming.Tel 01565 874075
