A very clean and tidy two over three chest of drawers from the late 1800s. This chest with a good mahogany colour has been cleaned in our workshops and is ready to go into service, its clean on the inside too. These militarised chests have a good look and can go into a modern setting as much as one where there are other antiques..... Lots of flexibility!.... A military chest does of course not have to go into a bedroom it is just as much at home in any room. This particular chest is 40inches wide which is a bit narrower than most of this height so it could be bonus if you need to fit one into a narrow space or if you do not want a chest that looks too large. The drawer space is still there of course as there is very little wasted space with this example.
