Description
An oak coffer from the 1600s. This coffer or blanket chest is generally in good condition and has arched detailing in the top rail on the face. Good shaped hinges and a nice aged lustre. clean and tidy inside and out. This 17th century coffer has only had minor restoration over its life it appears and is a good and tidy example. A good size and pleasing simplicity this one, no fuss. I could live with this myself.Date17th Century
