This 19thC burr walnut stretcher table with the inlaid chess board top is a very impressive piece of furniture. Queen Victoria would have been pleased with one of her subjects for making this table. It has twin support pillars with good detailing on cabriole legs and a well turned cross rail. Graining is superb as can be seen in the pictures and colour is very good.
