A rather superior twin pedestal dining table with three original leaves. Seats 10 and will squeeze 12 if you want to for holidays and high days. This mahogany table from around 1900 could well be American. timbers are solid and it has a collared edge which gives it a much more sustantial feel. We will need to undertake some rejointing and it needs re French polishing but an impressive and versatile table will then be available to entertain. The work is included in the price of £1750 which is pretty keen for a table like this in the finished condition. Note the rather impressive detail on the pedestal, it has all its original toe castors too. A couple of good sets of 8 chairs to go with this or perhaps an 8 or 10 of balloon backs will suit you.
