A set of four similar looking 19th century ash/elm West Midlands country chairs with lots of character. Three of the chairs are identical in form and one of them has the makers mark of John Warrender of Worcester, who was the uncle of renowned chair maker Philip Clissett. The other chair is of the same age and very similar but slightly different in form. These chairs are in a lovely condition for their age and have been professionally polished.
