This is an antique gentleman's walking stick. An English, coromandel and silver cane with hallmarks, dating to the Edwardian period, 1904.

A dashing cane, ideally suited to the discerning Flâneur or a walk along a promenade
Displays a desirable aged patina and in good order
Exotic coromandel shows rich caramel hues and fine grain interest
Hallmarked silver handle cap with an appealing, light weathering

Distinctive ribbed finish to the shaft, elegantly turning into the handle
Set at a comfortable height, the handle stands at 98cm (38.5")
Maker's initial for BJ, with the Lion Passant and London's Leopard assay mark
Further hallmarked with the date letter I, for 1904
