This is a vintage decorative planter stand. A French, wire work jardiniere or kitchen whatnot with Art Nouveau revival taste, dating to the mid 20th century, circa 1950.

Sinuous forms enhanced with hand-painted delight
Displays a desirable aged patina with minimal wear
Deep black steel wire work a celebration of the scroll motif
Arranged as three tiers of crosshatch wire shelves
Hand-painted oval panels present light pink roses to each side
Standing upon short wire cabriole legs beneath large scrolled knees
