Description

Exceptional quality antique Victorian burr walnut bureau having three drawers above a beautiful shaped fall enclosing a wonderful fitted exterior with three long drawers and a leather writing surface, a further three drawers beneath all with original brass handles. It is raised on attractive acanthus carved cabriole legs terminating in carved paw feet.

Even though not marked this would have been crafted by one of the finest cabinet makers of the 19th century - due to the quality and design, most certainly a commissioned piece. A superior original condition example of design and craftsmanship, the colour and patination is truly stunning.
