Description

An early 18th century Walnut torchiere with marquetry inlay. This little gem, dating from circa 1720, has an early barley twist column and is set on a tripod base of three legs, also decorated with marquetry inlay.

There are no signs of breaks or repairs during its long life and it appears to be in that sought after state of original condition.
