Description

This is an exquisite small English 8 day Timepiece by Edward Thompson of 181 Sloane Street, London, circa 1835. The clock has 'maintaining power' and is numbered 1215. It stands on 4 bun feet and the case is very well engraved on the sides, top and handle. The balance is also stamped with the number 1215 to correspond with the back plate. The dial is silvered and also extravagantly engraved. The clock comes with its' original box and original key, also engraved.

This timepiece has been fully restored to original condition with 12 months guarantee, honoured by Richard Lowe of Somerset Clocks, August 2017.
