Early 18th Century Italian Walnut Chest of DrawersAn Early 18th Century Italian Walnut Chest of Four Drawers.
The chest with four equally sized drawers, all with raised diamond shaped and ebonised rectangular bosses. There is a key and the escutcheon plates to the central bosses are brass. Each drawer has a cockbeaded edge and other mouldings. The sides of the chest have straighter grained walnut but the top is veneered in burl walnut of lovely colour and patina.
