Large 19th Century English Bobbin Chair
A Large 19th Century Simulated Rosewood Bobbin Armchair.

A good sized, 19th century bobbin chair with bobbin turned spindle back rest, arms and front legs. Painted in simulation of rosewood, it has upholstered arm pads and two squab cushions, all newly upholstered to an under finish ready for final upholstery. The uprights, front legs, arm supports and arm finials are all bobbin turned whereas the back legs and seat rails are all plain.
