Description
A silver plated posey vase from the SS Arandora Star ship which was a passenger ship from 1927-1929 when it was converted into a cargo ship. She was sunk in 1940. Has enamelled flag with 'SS Arandora Star'. Made by the renowned maker, Mappin & Webb, circa 1920s.Silver Plated Ashtray from SS Arandora Star, Mappin & Webb

Diameter across top: 1 3/4" (approx 4.5cm)
Total weight: 135g
In good condition - any dark areas are shadows from the photography. There is no wear to silver plate.
