A French brass cased striking & repeating carriage clock. An enamel dial with blued steel hands and black Roman numerals, An 8-day duration mechanism striking the hours and 1/2 hours on a gong. A lever escapement showing through the oval top glass. Push button repeating, An original travelling box and key. Circa 1900.Height (handle down) 1/2" / 11 cms Width 3 " / 8 cms Depth 2 3/4" / 7 cms
