A French brass cased striking & repeating carriage clock. An enamel dial with Roman numerals and blued steel hands. An 8-day duration mechanism striking the hours and 1/2 hours on a gong. A lever escapement visible through the oblong top glass. A push button top repeating. Circa 1895.
