A rare 8 day Swiss pocket watch. An enamel dial with lumed numerals and 'cathedral' hands. A base metal case stamped 55 to both covers. A good quality mechanism numbered 17945, lasting 8 days on one wind. Week duration pocket watches were often made as desk clocks in 'goliath' form and are not often seen in this style and size. Circa 1930.
