A fine detailed Watercolour of Durham Cathedral, Castle and old fulling mill, attributed to Henry Charles Brewer (1866-1950) Framed size 70cm x 55cmBrewer was born in Bavaria, the son of well-known British artist Henry William Brewer (1836-1903), whose works, including some commissioned by Queen Victoria, appear in the UKs Royal Collection Trust. He travelled extensively and is celebrated for his watercolours of landscapes, urban scenes, and most often, architecture.
