This very handsome and well-proportioned cabinet was made by Howard and Sons, a well-known cabinet maker of the period. The cabinet features a 2 door bow front and is supported on 5 fluted legs, with egg and dart trim as well as cross banded inlay detail. The inside door panel has the makers label and is also stamped in the wood on the door edge. The cabinet measures 43 ½ in- 110.5 cm wide, 21 ¾ in – 55.2 cm deep and 48 in – 122 cm high.
