Description

A small & good quality 19th.C. carved oak freestanding writing or hall table. The rectangular shaped top having a replaced in-set hand dyed leather writing surface with blind and gold tooling. The gadrooned edge above the ogee shaped and carved frieze with the useful drawer which has a working lock with key. The whole supported on sugar barley twist legs and cross stretchers with carved patrae and centre turned finial. Condition- Very good. Dimensions:- Height…28.5’’/ 72.5cm. Width…37.25’’/ 94.5cm. Depth…21.75’’/ 55cm. Delivery to most of U.K. mainland £50.
