A good Regency brass inlaid mahogany reading table. The adjustable reading slope with an inset olive green leather with blind and gold tooling. The removable bookrest set within the cross banded and brass strung edge. The base having tapered supports with further brass stringing and decorative brass roundels and joined with a turned cross stretcher. The table is raised on sledge bases with turned feet and further brass adornments. The whole in very good useable condition with one or two vert minor blemishes associated with age and use.
