An unusual, good quality and very large set of French shop or market stall scales. The freestanding base made from French walnut with brass column, balance, chains and pans. The scales completed with an encased set of 9 brass weights dated 1891. In excellent condition- the pans with French weights & measures stamps. More photos available. Size- Height..49''/ 124.5cm.
