We are delighted to present a set of 8 French mutton leg leather dining chairs from around 1900, now available through Hutton-Clarke Antiques. These chairs exude timeless elegance, featuring exquisite oxblood leather upholstery adorned with studded borders. The woodwork boasts a pleasing natural blond finish and remains in excellent overall condition. These chairs are not only exceptionally comfortable, thanks to their generously padded seats and upholstered backs, but they also exhibit robust construction with the incorporation of 'H' stretchers beneath the seats. While there may be some signs of wear in the form of minor corner imperfections and a gentle patina on the leather, they are still in great functional condition and retain their distinctive charm.
