Description
Vernon Lorimer (1888-1978) was an accomplished Australian artist, illustrator and printmaker. He provided many original illustrations for the Bookstall Company in the years following WW1,mostly between 1921-1925.Examples of his work can be found in the National Gallery of Victoria, Melbourne N.S.W. " Brick Kilns, South Yarra" and "Blue day, Sydney", and the Australian Army Museum of Western Australia.
