Here we have this superb high quality Edwardian pedestal desk.
Having deep fielded panels all round.
The desk is of a good large size, giving plenty of work-space.
The desk is made in 3 parts, and that makes the moving of the desk very easy.
The top with an inset hand gilt tooled and dyed leather hide in our Autumn leaves finish.
The desk is fitted 3 drawers along the top and with 3 graduated drawers on one side and a single drawer above a double filing drawer. Each drawer fitted a Hobbs&co ,London lock ()
This design is normally attributed to being retailed by Maple &co although there is no stamp or plate confirming this.
