This Antique walnut bureau bookcase is of a lovely small size. It would fit into any property. it has the charm of lovely honey walnut and constructed in the way an early 18th century piece would have been made. The mouldings are all end grain walnut and and made in small sections, a very time consuming process.
The dome top bookcase is fitted one door that opens to reveal 2 shelves in the original green painted interior.
The bureau has a fall that opens to reveal an attractive shaped interior with a door. It stands on 4 shaped cabriole legs that end on segmented pad feet.
