19thc. Empire gilt console table
This 19thc. Empire gilt console table was made circa 1820.
Gilt console tables are wonderful items to lift entrance halls and downstairs rooms.
This lovely example with the white variegated marble top and impressive gilt base, will look fantastic, giving you the option to have a mirror or painting placed above it.
Having scrolled carved wood gilded legs ending on claw feet to each end supported by the plinth base.
The mirror back with lattice moulding applied to the front, that has a roundel to the centre with a rosette, bordered by anthemions.
