George III oak dresser base
This George III oak dresser base was made circa 1800.
Made of estate oak with a deal plank pot board where the local joiner would make these for the cottages and houses on the estate.
Of usual form with the double set of drawers with the period brass swan neck swing handles and brass escutcheons.
This is a desirable dresser that can be used in many places around the home.
