This George III mahogany cupboard press was made circa 1795.
The pair of mahogany doors with indent corners with fine turned roundels that open to reveal the oak lined slides covered in the original blue paper.
Under the cupboard are 2 pairs of drawers each with fine cast gilt swing handles.
Standing on bracket feet this press cupboard has a wonderful presence.
It could be used in a downstairs setting or in a more traditional bedroom setting.
