Edwardian mahogany swivel desk chair
This Edwardian mahogany swivel desk chair was made circa 1900.
The tub shape revolving chair is made in a high-grade mahogany, with a fine floral rosette at the top of the hand grip.
The back and seat in fine leather and with a quilted border.
The chair stands on the four-legged base with a cast iron plate adjoining the seat, where the mechanism for the swivel is situated.
The desk chair has brass capped studs running around the edge, each would have been tapped in individually.
