This Victorian Heal & Co. mahogany flight of drawers would have been made circa 1860
This chest of drawers is fitted with 5 graduated drawers, and still having the original turned knob handles.
The chest of great narrow size, similar in form to a Wellington chest, but without the locking bars.
Heal & co are still in business, and are world renowned furniture designers, manufacturers, and retailers.
This would have been retailed originally from their store in Tottenham Court Road, which was purpose built in1854, moving from their original property in the same road that they first established in 1818.
