Here on offer to you, is this Victorian inlaid burr walnut credenza made circa 1860.
The cabinet maker who first made this selected fine burr walnut veneers.
Having bow glass doors to each end, that open to allow you to place items on the 2 fixed shelves.
A central panel door opens to reveal a full area for storage, as well as a fixed shelf.
This Victorian credenza is of fine burr walnut, with boxwood stringing as well as inlaid motifs.
Along and around the edges are cast brass mouldings and then there are also cast gilt brass mounts.

Credenzas were originally placed in areas of the home, that visitors would see to show wealth and success of the owner.
