18thc. walnut bureau
Here we have this walnut bureau, made in the early part of the 18thc. Veneered in fine burr walnut to the fall front and also the drawers, and with figured and straight grain walnut to the sides.
This particular example has a very attractive and rare interior, with its double waterfall of shaped drawers.
The interior is also fitted a well (the slide that moves to reveal the top drawer.)
This bureau stands on shaped bracket feet.
A fabulous desk, that will not only serve as a superb practical piece, but also looking great on the eye, as well as having the wow factor of when you open the fall to work.
