Here we have this elegant bureau de dame ,ladies writing desk.
Having its superstructure of a pair of cabinets to each side of a small mirror back and central drawer, and a brass gallery . The mirror is always good to help throw a little more light into a room.
The bureau stands on slender cabriole legs with applied gilt brass mounts.
The bureau fall, pulls forward to reveal a leather inset writing surface and an interior fitted with 3 waterfall drawers, and a sliding well, that opens to reveal storage space.
This desk has large panels of inlay work to the fronts and sides.
This is a sumptuous item of Victorian furniture and is a real statement item for your home.
