Victorian camphorwood and leather ottoman trunk
Here we have this wonderful and very useful camphorwood chest.
The buttoned antiqued leather lid that lifts with a brass loop handle to reveal a large storage space.
The body with large brass strap corners that were there to give much protection during its travels on campaigns around the world in the 19thc.
The later leather top in a fine leather that is hand dyed and then antiqued by our own craftsmen.
These make wonderful coffee tables as well as fantastic storage pieces in a bedroom an alcove or a landing.
