The Five Rivers Table
This table is exclusive to us, was made in the best Georgian timber in the Edwardian period.
At the start of the 20thc. cabinetmakers could lay their hands on fabulous timber from redundant pieces of Georgian furniture that were either out of fashion or not suitable for use in the Edwardian home.
The Five Rivers table has the wonderful top consisting of a double D-ends each supported by a tripod base and a leaf insert. The tripod support with a gun barrel and turned stem with 3 reeded legs coming off the central column.
Each leg has superb cast brass capped toes and with a brass castor below.
