Edwardian walnut pedestal desk
Here we have this superb walnut pedestal desk in walnut.
This pedestal desk was made in 3 parts to allow easy transportaation around the home or office.
Made in the style of a Queen Anne / George I desk
The desk if fitted 3 drawers along the top and with 3 graduated drawers to each pedestal to each side of the kneehole.
The top with a shaped leather inset writing surface , and is fitted its original engraved plate brass handles.
This desk is not only easy on the eye but also a fantastic work station, with plenty of work area.
The desk is finished all round and so could be placed in the centre of a room, or away from a wall.
This antique pedestal desk would have been made in a high end specialist workshop and was intentionally ‘stressed’ in the making of this great desk.
