Description
Spectacular large scale silver gilt antique English overmantel mirror Circa 1880. This item was salvaged from a house in Barnes London and has many wonderful characteristics. A lustrous silver gilt frame shimmers which surrounds a magnificent original shaped bevelled mirror plate with subtle foxing which has a beautiful iridescent quality. To the rear is a wonderful Victorian wooden built panel which gives great strength to the item.The size of this mirror will generate and abundance of reflected light in interiors equally modern or antique.
