Description

A very high quality mahogany desk from the late19th early 20th Century. With a Serpentine front of 5 drawers, having satinwood quartered fan spandrel sand boxwood stringing.
Tapered square legs also with shrining and headed by inlaid ribbon and husk decoration. The whole sides and back fully decorated with with larger but similar decoration. The whole back is of the most delightful fully curved shape . The top is also profusely decorated with the most intricate inlays. Oak lined drawers, no restoration whatsoever the whole in perfect condition being a rich colour and a soft lustrous sheen.
