Pair of George I Style Pier Mirrors

Description
A very attractive pair of pier mirrors in the George I style. Dating from the early 1900’s. Carved, gessoed and gilded with highly burnished high points. The shaped rectangular mirror plates within carved and moulded borders. The voluted apron centred with a shell and scrolls on each side. The crests with stylised eagle heads and central plumes.
